We want you to feel confident when choosing your Cami Wigs piece. If an eligible wig is not quite right in color, fit, or overall feel, please contact us within the applicable return period. We will be happy to help you explore an eligible exchange, store credit, or return.

Because some wigs are already in stock, some are ordered specifically to fulfill a customer’s purchase, and others are altered or customized at the customer’s request, return and exchange terms vary by order type.

Please review your wig carefully before removing the tags, cutting the lace, changing the part, styling the hair, applying heat, or making any other alteration.

Order Types

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

A ready-to-ship wig is a piece listed as currently in stock and available for shipment without being ordered from our supplier specifically to fulfill the customer’s purchase.

Eligible ready-to-ship wigs may be returned or exchanged under the terms of this policy.

Signature Collection Preorders

A Signature Collection preorder is a wig that is not currently in stock but is ordered using only the standard options published on the Cami Wigs website.

Standard options may include:

• Signature Collection colors
• Standard cap sizes
• Standard densities
• Standard textures
• Published cap-construction options
• Published lengths through 24 inches
• Other standard options available directly on the applicable product page

A Signature Collection piece does not become a custom order simply because it was not in stock at the time of purchase or had to be ordered from our supplier to fulfill the customer’s order.

Eligible standard Signature Collection preorders through 24 inches may be returned or exchanged under the terms of this policy, provided no customer-requested alterations or customizations have been selected.

Custom, Altered, and Special-Request Orders

A custom, altered, or special-request order is any wig that is made, sourced, modified, customized, or altered based on instructions from the customer or outside the standard options published on the Cami Wigs website.

This applies to both ready-to-ship wigs and preorders.

Custom, altered, and special-request features include, but are not limited to:

• Lace cutting or trimming
• Cutting or adding bangs
• Adding layers or face-framing
• Thinning, reducing density, or removing hair
• Cutting or shortening the overall length
• Changing or customizing the part
• Coloring, toning, rooting, highlighting, lowlighting, or other color modifications
• Perm (Curly or Wavy) texture
• Custom measurements or nonstandard cap sizing
• Custom cap construction or requested cap modifications
• Added silicone or specialty cap materials
• Combining features from different wigs, styles, or collections
• Pieces specially sourced outside the standard Signature Collection
• Any other cutting, styling, customization, alteration, modification, or service performed specifically at the customer’s request

Any ready-to-ship wig or preorder that includes lace cutting, lace trimming, layers, bangs, face-framing, thinning, density reduction, styling, plucking, part customization, coloring, toning, or any other customer-requested alteration is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any non-stock item outside the Signature Collection is also considered a custom or special-request order unless Cami Wigs expressly confirms otherwise in writing before purchase.

Once Cami Wigs accepts, submits, or begins a requested alteration or customization, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Custom, altered, and special-request orders remain eligible for review if Cami Wigs confirms that the wrong service was performed, the wig materially differs from the confirmed request, or the wig has a verified quality issue covered under the 30-Day Warranty.

Return and Exchange Request Periods

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

Please contact Cami Wigs within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligible Signature Collection Preorders

Please contact Cami Wigs within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Only standard Signature Collection preorders through 24 inches that have not been altered or customized are eligible.

Return authorization and instructions must be received before sending a wig back. Contacting Cami Wigs within the applicable period does not automatically approve the return.

Once a return is authorized, the wig must be shipped within three business days using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping method.

Unauthorized or late returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Eligible Return and Exchange Condition

Eligible wigs may be returned or exchanged only if the wig is received back in brand-new, unused, unaltered, and saleable condition.

All of the following requirements apply:

• Lace must be completely uncut.
• All tags must remain attached in their original placement.
• The wig may only be briefly and carefully tried on for color and fit.
• The wig must not be worn for an extended period.
• The wig must not be washed, conditioned, wet, steamed, or treated.
• The original part must not be changed.
• The wig must not be styled, curled, straightened, blow-dried, or exposed to heat.
• The hair must not be cut, thinned, layered, colored, toned, plucked, or otherwise altered.
• No makeup, perfume, smoke, styling products, oils, glue, tape, adhesive, wig-grip residue, or other products may be transferred to the wig.
• The wig must be free from odors, including perfume, smoke, food, pets, household odors, and styling-product scents.
• The hair, lace, cap, ear tabs, combs, clips, elastic, and other components must remain undamaged.
• The wig must not show signs of extended wear, friction, tangling, matting, stretching, brushing, or improper handling.
• All original packaging, hair nets, inserts, accessories, and included materials must be returned.

We recommend using a clean wig cap and avoiding makeup, fragrance, and styling products while briefly checking the color and fit.

Please do not cut the lace, wash, style, wear, change the part, apply heat, or alter the wig until you are certain you are keeping it.

A wig that does not meet all return-condition requirements is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Introductory Complimentary Exchange

To make trying Cami Wigs less intimidating, each new customer is eligible for one complimentary exchange of one eligible wig during the customer’s first purchase cycle.

The complimentary exchange waives the applicable processing and restocking fee for one wig. It does not waive shipping charges or any price difference between the original and replacement pieces.

A first purchase cycle includes the customer’s initial order and any separate or related orders placed within 30 days.

Dividing a multi-wig purchase into separate transactions does not create additional complimentary exchanges. Related orders associated with the same customer, household, email address, billing information, or shipping information may be treated as part of the same purchase cycle.

The complimentary exchange applies to only one wig, regardless of how many wigs are purchased.

The customer remains responsible for:

• Insured return shipping
• Shipping for the replacement wig
• Any price difference when the replacement costs more
• Any applicable taxes or related charges

If the replacement costs less than the original wig, the remaining eligible value will be issued as store credit.

A customer may choose store credit instead of an immediate replacement. Selecting store credit without a processing and restocking fee counts as using the introductory complimentary exchange.

The introductory complimentary exchange is available once per customer and does not renew with each future order.

Final-sale wigs, including altered wigs and wigs longer than 24 inches, do not qualify for the introductory complimentary exchange.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after the wig is received, inspected, and approved.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

Eligible ready-to-ship wigs returned for a refund are subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee per wig.

Signature Collection Preorders

Eligible standard Signature Collection preorders returned for a refund are subject to a 12% processing and restocking fee per wig.

Signature Collection preorders are ordered specifically to fulfill an individual customer’s purchase. The fee helps offset nonrefundable merchant-processing charges, return administration, inspection, handling, repackaging, and the inventory commitment created when a piece that was not previously in stock is returned.

Processing and restocking fees are calculated separately for each returned wig. The fee is based on the merchandise amount paid for that wig after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges After the Complimentary Exchange

After the introductory complimentary exchange has been used:

• An additional ready-to-ship exchange is subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee.
• An additional eligible Signature Collection preorder exchange is subject to a 12% processing and restocking fee.
• The applicable fee is assessed separately for each wig exchanged.

If an exchange replacement is later returned for a refund, the applicable 10% or 12% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

No more than two exchange rounds are permitted for the same original purchase. A third exchange request will not be accepted.

Exchange availability is not guaranteed. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may select another eligible piece, receive eligible store credit, or place a new preorder.

Any customization or alteration requested for an exchange piece makes the replacement final sale.

Multi-Wig Orders and Separate Transactions

Return and exchange fees apply per wig, not per order.

Purchasing multiple wigs in one transaction or through separate related transactions does not create multiple introductory complimentary exchanges.

When a new customer purchases two or more eligible wigs:

• One wig may qualify for the introductory complimentary exchange.
• The applicable processing and restocking fee applies to every additional wig returned or exchanged.
• Refunds to the original payment method remain subject to the applicable 10% or 12% fee.

The introductory exchange is intended to reduce the uncertainty involved in trying Cami Wigs for the first time. It is not intended to allow multiple wigs to be ordered as a fee-free comparison assortment.

Wigs Longer Than 24 Inches

Due to their higher cost and limited resale market, all wigs longer than 24 inches are final sale.

This includes 26-inch, 28-inch, 30-inch, and longer pieces, whether the wig is:

• Ready to ship
• A Signature Collection preorder
• Ordered specifically for the customer
• Otherwise made using standard options

Wigs longer than 24 inches are not eligible for return or exchange unless Cami Wigs confirms that the wig was made incorrectly, the wrong item was shipped, or the wig has a verified quality issue covered under the 30-Day Warranty.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Wigs longer than 24 inches
• Custom orders
• Altered or customized wigs
• Special-request pieces
• Any ready-to-ship wig or preorder that includes lace cutting, lace trimming, bangs, layers, face-framing, thinning, density reduction, cutting, styling, plucking, part customization, coloring, toning, or another customer-requested alteration
• Non-stock items outside the Signature Collection, unless otherwise confirmed in writing
• Wigs made using custom measurements or nonstandard specifications
• Wigs altered, modified, or customized at the customer’s request
• Sale, clearance, closeout, sample, or specifically marked final-sale items
• International orders
• Gift cards and previously issued store credit
• Any item identified as final sale on the product page, invoice, order confirmation, or customer communication before purchase

Wigs with cut lace, worn wigs, washed wigs, styled wigs, and wigs that otherwise fail the return-condition requirements are also ineligible for return or exchange.

Final-sale status does not eliminate coverage for an incorrect item, an incorrectly performed service, an item that materially differs from the confirmed order, or a verified quality issue covered under the applicable Cami Wigs warranty.

Order Cancellations

Ready-to-Ship Orders

A ready-to-ship order may be canceled only before it has been processed for shipment.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 4% payment-processing fee.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must be handled under the applicable return policy.

Signature Collection Preorders

A standard Signature Collection preorder may be canceled only before it has been submitted to our supplier.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 4% payment-processing fee.

Once the preorder has been submitted to our supplier, it cannot be canceled. If otherwise eligible, the customer may request a return or exchange after delivery under the terms of this policy.

Custom, Altered, and Special-Request Orders

Custom, altered, and special-request orders cannot be canceled once the order or requested service has been accepted, sourced, submitted to the supplier, or placed into production.

This includes orders involving lace cutting, bangs, layers, thinning, cutting, styling, coloring, cap modifications, or any other customer-requested alteration.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing by Cami Wigs.

Shipping Costs and Return Responsibility

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

The customer is responsible for:

• Return shipping
• Tracking
• Appropriate insurance
• Shipping charges for an exchange piece
• Customs charges, duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, or related fees

Cami Wigs is not responsible for a return that is lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged while in transit.

The customer remains responsible for the wig until it has been safely delivered to and accepted by Cami Wigs.

Returns must be sent according to the instructions provided by Cami Wigs and should not be marked “return to sender.”

International Orders

International orders are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable due to international shipping expenses, tariffs, customs requirements, duties, and the difficulty of recovering returned merchandise across international borders.

International customers are encouraged to contact Cami Wigs for assistance with color, sizing, length, cap construction, and product selection before ordering.

Verified warranty issues will be reviewed individually.

Inspection of Returned Wigs

Every returned wig is carefully inspected after delivery.

Cami Wigs reserves the right to deny a return, exchange, store credit, or refund when the wig:

• Shows signs of wear
• Has been washed, styled, heated, or altered
• Has cut or altered lace
• Has detached, removed, or repositioned tags
• Contains odors, perfume, smoke, products, makeup, residue, pet hair, or debris
• Has been improperly packaged
• Is damaged or no longer in brand-new, saleable condition
• Does not match the item originally shipped
• Is returned outside the applicable return period
• Is sent without authorization
• Otherwise fails to comply with this policy

When a return is denied, the customer will be notified. The customer is responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back.

Cami Wigs is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.

Refund Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after the wig has been received, inspected, and approved.

The refund will be based on the merchandise amount paid for the eligible wig, less:

• The applicable processing and restocking fee
• Original shipping charges
• Other nonrefundable charges disclosed under this policy

Refunds cannot be issued to a different card, account, or payment method.

Although Cami Wigs may initiate an approved refund promptly after inspection, the customer’s bank, credit-card company, financing provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the credit.

Incorrect Items and Verified Quality Issues

Processing and restocking fees do not apply when Cami Wigs confirms that:

• The wrong wig was shipped
• The wig materially differs from the confirmed order specifications
• A requested alteration was performed incorrectly
• The wig has a verified manufacturing or quality issue covered under the warranty

Customers must contact Cami Wigs promptly and provide any requested photographs, videos, tags, measurements, packaging, or other documentation reasonably needed to review the concern.

Wigs are individually made and colored, and reasonable variations may occur. Normal variation in color distribution, rooting, highlight placement, wave or curl pattern, hair distribution, measurements, and handmade construction does not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

Computer screens, mobile devices, indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, and photography may display colors differently. A minor color variation does not constitute an incorrect or defective item when the correct ordered color was supplied.

30-Day Warranty

To inspire confidence in our products, eligible Cami Wigs pieces are covered by our separate 30-Day Warranty.

The warranty addresses qualifying manufacturing and quality issues. It does not make an otherwise final-sale item returnable because of a change in preference involving color, length, density, style, fit, cap construction, or another personal selection.

All of our hair is top grade, premium 100% remy and cuticle aligned human hair. We do not sell or offer synthetic wigs as we strive to provide the most realistic wigs possible. Each listing will specify the particular origin of the piece. We typically stock various hair origins including  our Ultra Luxe Line which is European and Slavic origins and our Luxe Line which is premium Mongolian.

Yes!  We offer quite literally the finest hair available that is sold directly to the Israeli Markets as they are the most stringent in their requirements and we require the same.  We can provide Kosher Rabbi certification by request.  

Let's all be honest, there's a lot of fake hair being sold for outrageous prices selling inferior hair that's potentially fine in texture but not real European hair.  We know our origins as we source direct. We source directly from raw hair suppliers with deep connections in Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Moldova, and Poland. If you want to know where your particular wig was sourced from, ask!  And we will be able to tell you.  All of our European Hair is literally hand selected for each wig, by our owner, to ensure the finest in quality.  

Yes! It’s critical to select Remy Human hair wigs to get the most natural movement and the best wearing experience. Non-Remy hair has been stripped of its cuticle and is more prone to shedding and tangling. Our hair goes a step further by also being minimally processed, meaning this hair was taken from its Raw/Virgin State and then colored carefully in-house.

We offer a limited amount of  custom orders by collection and cap style.  Please reach info@camiwigs . out to us at com with what specifics you are looking for and we will let you know what we are able to do and timing.  

Note that custom orders will take longer to receive as the name implies, they are custom.  This entails the piece being made to specifications and custom colored.  Typically timing will be approx 12 weeks on average, depending on how much customization is required.  Some pieces, such as a Lace Top Custom will be shorter timing as they are generally faster to make than a custom medical wig which is hand tied and done fully by hand.  For coloring requests, please send a detailed description and color result you are looking to achieve and any inspiration pictures to info@camiwigs.com

Please see our size guidance for each piece. Note we do not have one “standard” size chart as we offer different wigs that have different wig caps. Each wig cap style will have a slightly different size chart. If you need guidance on how to best measure or if you’re in between sizes and have questions please reach out.

This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall. All of our wigs are meant to be “glueless” meaning you do not have to bond or adhere the wig to your head to wear it. You of course are welcome to use tape or other adhesives if you prefer but it is not required and the wigs should stay on perfectly if you have chosen the right size.

Yes! While those with complete hair loss are welcome and able to wear any of our wigs, we would certainly recommend that those tagged as “medical caps” to be the best option for both comfort and additional security. These cap styles provide a range of additional items such as silicone, soft caps and other features as listed in each description.

Of course and that is what is now known as “wearing alternative hair”. Any of our wigs can be worn to change up your look effortlessly. Change your cut, color or style with no commitment!

Each listing will describe the density of the piece as they will vary but in general our wigs are light to medium density to provide the most natural look. Most pieces are 120-130% density.  We also offer some that are considered a more "full" density that would be approx. 150%.   If you’re looking for another density, please let us know!

Yes, you can cut, style and color our hair just as you would normal hair growing out of your own scalp with a few pointers. Human Hair wigs can be more delicate when coloring in particular and would recommend that coloring is done by a professional. We recommend doing a strand test on the hair before coloring to ensure you’re happy with the color result. If you’re intending to further color a piece, we would recommend selecting the lightest color you like as it is almost always easier to darken a wig than it is to lighten one.

Yes, we offer a variety of premium hair origins in their unprocessed, uncolored, natural hair colors.  This hair can be further colored if desired after purchase, but the color you see on each listing tagged as "virgin" means this is Non-Colored hair and why this is so fantastic is simply that this means this hair color doesn't just fade and need to be re-dyed like a colored piece eventually will.  As beautiful and amazing as special colors are, if you're looking for lower maintenance and natural looks you may enjoy a virgin-hair piece.  There's additional benefits for Virgin hair as well, including longevity and durability is typically much higher as the hair did not have to undergo any processing to achieve its look.  Virgin hair is always cuticle aligned hair and retains its original shine, texture and color.  Downsides of virgin hair of course are that the cost is going to be most expensive as a virgin piece is more highly sought after and raw materials to make cost much more than other hair types.  Additionally, a virgin piece is limited to it's natural color so if you're keen on a very particular shade of brunette or blonde, you're likely better off purchasing a high-quality colored hair piece.

Yes, all of our wigs are “freestyle” parts meaning you can change the direction or look of your part at any time.

Yes, the hair can be styled with heat. We recommend using the lowest heat setting to get your desired result to maintain the longevity of the hair. Higher heat will decrease the lifespan of any wig.

We understand it’s exciting to find a new wig and strive to ship out orders as soon as possible and in most cases we will ship orders the following business day.

Yes, we ship in regular USPS, FedEx or UPS Boxes. The “Shipper” will say “Cami Wigs” unless provide in your order notes to use a discreet name.

Ah the age old question of hand-tied versus wefted! In many cases this is a personal preference and why we sell both types of caps.  A couple of considerations for why you may like one over the other include:

Hand-tied:  Hand-tied wigs are generally fully hand tied and alleviate the potential worry of being able to see wefts exposed in windy days or other conditions.  Some wigs we offer are partial hand-tied, such as the Iwig handtied that offers a combination of a fully hand tied crown which greatly reduces the ability to see wefts and the cool/sleek look that wefted is able to offer.  Hand-tied is more comfortable for some who may have extreme hair loss.  If you like a little more “fullness” in your crown area you may also enjoy a hand tied wig.  Note, none of my hand tied wigs  “look wiggy” or anything that would be viewed negatively but there are some that would try on a hand-tied and wefted of the same look and feel the wefted lays a little “sleeker”. Hand-tied caps are generally lighter than their wefted counterparts.  

Wefted:  Wefted wigs are a classic and tend to be readily available in a variety of styles and colors.  Wefted wigs can be cooler for some and tend to lay a little “flatter” on the top of the head due to the nature of the cap construction.  The downside for some is that wefted wigs will be the potential ability “to see” the wefts in cases where the hair is moved enough to expose them.  This should not be the case under normal conditions but if you’re extra concerned with this we would recommend to pick a hand-tied wig.
