30-Day Quality Warranty
At Cami Wigs, we want you to feel confident in the quality of your wig. Each full-price wig includes our 30-Day Quality Warranty, which covers qualifying workmanship or early quality concerns for 30 days from the date your wig is delivered.
This warranty is designed to provide you confidence that you can trust in the quality of our products and we stand behind them.
What is covered
Our 30-Day Quality Warranty may cover:

Excessive shedding beyond normal expectations

Early bald spots or noticeable hair loss from the cap under normal use

Loose stitching, unraveling wefts, or cap construction concerns
-
Lace or cap separation that is not caused by cutting, pulling, adhesive, or improper handling
-
Severe tangling or matting that appears to be related to construction or hair quality rather than product use, lack of care, heat damage, dryness, or normal wear
-
Unusual early color instability when the wig has only been cared for according to Cami Wigs care instructions
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal shedding
-
Normal tangling, dryness, frizz, oxidation, or changes from regular wear
-
Gradual color fading or normal color changes over time or due to unsafe product, regular heat use, outdoor sports or environment (ie swimming)
-
Color preference, lighting differences, or a customer deciding the color is not right after the wig has been worn or altered
-
Damage caused by product use by customer including purple shampoo, blue shampoo, toners, clarifying shampoo, color-depositing products, bleach, hair dye, or any chemical service
-
Damage caused by high heat, lack of heat protectant, excessive styling, rough brushing, sleeping in the wig, swimming, showering, or improper storage

Torn lace, cut lace, over-trimmed lace, or lace cut into the hairline
-
Damage from glue, tape, gel, adhesive, adhesive remover, makeup buildup, or product buildup
-
Wigs that have been cut, colored, toned, bleached, chemically treated, permed, altered, or serviced by another stylist or company
-
Wigs with smoke, perfume, heavy product, odor, makeup, or residue
-
Sale, clearance, heavily discounted, gifted, giveaway, or final-sale pieces unless otherwise stated

Issues caused by failure to follow Cami Wigs care instructions
How to start a Quality Warranty review
To start a review, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue
-
Clear photos and/or video showing the concern

A list of products used on the wig
-
A description of how the wig has been worn, washed, styled, and stored
Cami Wigs will review the information and determine whether the wig should be sent in for inspection. Please do not ship a wig back without written approval.
If the concern is approved after review and/or inspection, Cami Wigs may, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

Repair

Color refresh or toning support

Cap or stitching adjustment
-
Partial replacement
-
Replacement of the piece if repair is not reasonable

Store credit if a comparable replacement is unavailable
The 30-Day Quality Warranty does not automatically qualify a wig for a refund. The purpose of this promise is to repair, correct, or replace qualifying early quality or workmanship concerns.
Shipping and inspection
If a wig is approved to be sent in for inspection, it must be shipped back clean, dry, detangled, and securely packaged.
If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the 30-Day Quality Promise, Cami Wigs will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement wig back to you.
If the issue is determined not to be covered, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Each wig is eligible for one Quality Promise review. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
